Ekobiotek provides engineering design, specification, and technical documentation for anaerobic bio-digestion reactors, microbubble diffusion grids, and high-capacity biological filtration systems. All deliverables are intended for industrial effluent depuration before environmental discharge. No implied warranty of specific effluent quality is made without a signed site-specific design agreement.
You agree to provide accurate operational data—including flow rates, pollutant loads, and site constraints—when requesting a design proposal. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary environmental permits and for ensuring that the installed system complies with local discharge regulations. Misrepresentation of influent characteristics voids any performance commitment.
All technical drawings, process descriptions, and digital content published on ekobiotek.com are the intellectual property of Ekobiotek. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Design documents delivered under a paid engagement are licensed for use at the specified facility only.
Ekobiotek’s liability for any claim arising from the use of our services or website is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to production downtime, regulatory fines, or environmental remediation costs.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must return or destroy all confidential materials received from Ekobiotek. Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after posting on this page. Continued use of the site after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email.
